Opening at Noon for KIYC Kids and Members for a Kids Halloween Party w/crafts, games & a kid’s buffet lunch (parents/guardian can purchase off menu). At 1:30 pm we will have a costume contest with prizes for Funniest, Scariest, and Most Creative for two age groups.
