Classes every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9 am to 9:45 am. (pending weather and instructor availability) No class Thursday, June 2nd Punch Passes are available. Pre-purchase a punch pass for 10 classes, and get the 11th class free. Individual classes are $5 each, punch passes are $50.

About the Event

  • Don't forget to bring a towel, and water shoes if you like, and we highly encourage you to bring water dumbbells (they can purchase on Amazon for around $15-$20).
