The members of the Kent Island Yacht Club are delighted to invite you to the Annual Chesapeake Bay Motoring Festival, a premier celebration of motoring and maritime excellence on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Taking place Annually on Saturday and Sunday the first weekend in June, this memorable event is produced by Kent Island Yacht Club along it’s picturesque waterfront lawn on Kent Narrows in Chester, Maryland. The Yacht Club is open to non-members displaying a Motoring Festival Ticket.

A Nostalgic Celebration and Family-Oriented Fun

Join us for a weekend of camaraderie and motoring excellence, where an eclectic display of antique, classic muscle cars, hot rods, motorcycles, and tractors and will meet antique yachts and wooden speed boats to create a truly timeless atmosphere. Against the stunning waterfront backdrop of the Kent Island Yacht Club, this event is the perfect way to enjoy Family Fun and the beauty and history of classic automobiles, Motorcycles, Boats and Tractors.

 

EVENT HIGHTLIGHTS

Saturday June 6th and Sunday June 7th

• Cars & Coffee: 8:00 AM 

• Gates Open for Attendees: 10:00 AM

• Displays of Classic Boats, Cars, Motorcycles, Tractors and all things with motors

• Sunday Afternoon Award Ceremony: Celebrate outstanding vehicles and their owners with people’s choice (Saturday & Sunday) and fun categories. No need to show your vehicle/vessel both days to be eligible for an award.

• Vendors, Music, Games & Kids-Oriented Activities for family fun

• Antique and Classic Boats: Enjoy stunning watercraft alongside the motorcar displays.

• Regional Fare and Libations :The Kent Island Yacht Club will offer delicious local food and drinks for purchase.

• Notable Automobile Clubs: View all types of motorized vehicles and boats

• Early Bird Discounted Advance Tickets: $10 per day (available online until May 27th)

• General Admission Tickets: $TBD

• Youths 15 and under are admitted free with an accompanying adult

​Registration:  Showcase Your Vehicles and Vessels!

Register your classic vehicle or vessel for $10. This $10 registration fee covers Saturday and/or Sunday. Up to two complimentary admissions are included for entrants arriving with a registered show vehicle or vessel.

In our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience, tickets must be pre-purchased online or at the gate for entry.
